Everything is shifting on our planet and it was an amazing opportunity to lead a 30 minute sound session for the nurses at their yearly conference. It was such a great opportunity to share this sound work with so many in the healthcare field. I felt truly blessed.
I loved leading several sound sessions to the fantastic staff at Surgical Oncology UCSD! It was such an honor to be a part of their self care time. They really appreciated it and had me back a second time. I am looking forward to offering more sessions.
Then I had the opportunity to offer sound sessions at the Emergency Department at UCSD. That was a short session but very meaningful and it was in their actual emergency tent where they bring in patients for overflow. That was an incredibly experience to be inside that tent for a sound experience.
I was able to offer several sound sessions to a wonderful staff at Primary Care in UCSD Rancho Bernardo. That was also an honor to offer sound in a huge room with the staff being able to lie down and benefit fully from a longer session.
I was blessed to offer sound sessions to a group of fabulous nurses at Bone Marrow Transplant Department UCSD. They had never experienced anything like this. They were short 15 minute increments with different staff members coming into a private room for over an hour and a half period of time. It was such an awesome experience with the staff who were so appreciative.
Another sound session was with the Burn Department Nursing Staff. That was also an incredible opportunity to share sound meditation with them. They were also deeply touched and appreciative.
I was thrilled to be able to offer a sound meditation to a group called Population Health Team Retreat for nurses and doctors. There were about 120 people who attended and was quite an extraordinary opportunity since there were Doctors were in attendance.
Another great opportunity was with Neuro Critical Care ICU nurses. They were also a great group to lead deep relaxation through the sounds of the bowls and a guided meditation.
Another opportunity was a retreat Day held by the Nurse Engagement Team Director for Team Leaders. That was a fantastic opportunity to offer sound meditation to the staff and give them some relaxation during their day of education.

Laura,
I must start by giving thanks and expressing gratitude for last night! I cannot tell you how amazing I felt after last night's session. I think we all felt your magic! We were talking about doing another "self-care day" next month and doing another group healing session.
I will pass along this information to the ladies. I'm sure they will be as thrilled as I am to share time with you. We all loved your space and your energy.
Blessings,
