Private Session Bio-Mat and Bowls
A private sound session, lasting about 90 minutes, offers deep relaxation personalized to the client's needs. Reiki, Reconnection, Color & Oil therapy combined with angelic guidance and beautiful guided meditations can be included. In addition, clients lay quietly and peacefully on a “BioMat” that is filled with thousands of amethyst and tourmaline crystals and uses infrared rays for warmth and healing.
Day Retreats and Multi-Day Retreats
Day Retreats and multi-day retreats are offered among the red rocks in Sedona, Arizona and San Diego, California. Laura collaborates with other professional women to enhance your experience of healing, relaxation, and rejuvenation. These retreats are deeply nurturing and nourishing to one’s soul. The retreats are scheduled intermittently throughout the year and will usually be announced well in advance. They include Sound Healing Sessions, healing movements such as Yoga or Therapeutic Myofascial Release, Astrology, Oracle Card Readings, and wonderful nutritious organic foods. Sacred Sound Baths
Sacred Sound Baths are offered primarily in my private studio in my home in San Diego, Sedona and Rancho La Puerta Health Spa where I have taught and offered classes for 35 years. I have worked with people of all ages including children and teenagers. These sessions are designed to be “lullabies for the soul.” I use an assortment of alchemy crystal bowls, the harmonium, guided healing meditations, chanting, and offer essential oils for a luxurious self-care experience. They are deeply nourishing for your soul. These sessions are meant for recalibration, relaxation, and take you into a state of deep healing.
Sacred Sound Trainings
Sacred Sound Trainings are offered in both San Diego and Sedona. They are offered as one to three-day sessions. You will learn the history and fundamentals of crystal bowl playing. Included are learning about proper technique, frequencies, crystal properties, cymatics and the nervous system including the importance of the Vagus Nerve. For those interested, these trainings can also provide the guidelines and the practice needed to lead one’s own Sound Baths classes. These sessions are geared for beginners and even the advance teacher who wants to further their understanding of sound and frequencies.
What is
Sacred Sound Healing?
Sound Healing guides a person into a deep relaxation…where true healing can begin. Every part of the human body vibrates and creates sound. Humans are comprised of more than 70% water which transfers high vibrational frequencies into the cells and organs that result in a “re-calibration and balance” to of of the human body.
Alchemy crystal bowls produce sound frequencies that create pure sound waves. They can help to harmonize and transform our subtle energetic patterns to restore our energy centers to a balanced state of health and wholeness.
Sound Healing, especially in the hands of a master therapist, can bring us to a place of deep inner peace. It can actually transform brain waves and have a similar harmonic resonance to the earth’s magnetic frequencies. As this happens balance can be restored and one’s own vibratory body can be raised to a higher frequency and effect the cognitive brain where harmony and the feeling of peacefulness exist.
